INTRODUCTION TO RULES AND
REGULATIONS
The
Commonwealth of Virginia Rules and Regulations Governing
EMS and the associated compliance issues is subject
matter with a high degree of on-going interest among
VAGEMSA member agencies. Members of our association are
actively involved in the regulation and policy committee
through the State EMS Advisory Board. Here we
post the current Commonwealth of Virginia EMS rules and regulations
and relevant compliance issues and policies.
It is very important that VAGEMSA member agencies stay
up-to-date on regulatory and compliance matters.
It is anticipated that the new rules and
regulations will be enacted between July 1, 2002 and
January 1, 2003. Visit
