Agency and Member Surveys
VAGEMSA has long served as a
forum for member agencies to request and receive
quality research questionnaire and survey feedback. A very
high percentage of VAGEMSA member agencies who are asked
to respond to surveys do so. VAGEMSA also surveys our full
membership on an annual basis on a variety of issues
including quality improvement programs, health and safety
issues, fees for EMS services, compensation and benefits, organizational
structures, mergers and organizational design and
innovative programs. We ask you to take the time to
complete any surveys currently contained on this page.
Please
forward your responses as instructed on each survey
instrument. This page also provides a venue for individual VAGEMSA
members to post surveys used while conducting research
during their
professional educational efforts. If you want to
find out more about becoming a VAGEMSA member, please
check out our web site for further information. VAGEMSA
members wanting to post a survey on this page need to
submit the survey in a Microsoft Word document format via
email to
the webmaster. The survey must include specific
instructions on where the completed surveys should be
returned by email or ground mail and by what deadline. A
local telephone point of contact must also be posted with each survey.
